After reading the excerpt, do you think that i am talented to write a book or should i just give up now?

I thought it was good. To be honest, it's the first of these "what do you think of my story?" questions that I've managed to finish reading. You have a confident style that allows you to write clean sentences that aren't littered with unnecessary modifiers. I also liked some of the description (the metal bars, the girl's skin like uncooked chicken) and the occasional alliterative flourish; however, the alliteration works better when it doesn't draw attention to itself: "I forced my feet to move" works well, "the chaos of the corridor" jars a little. Overall, I liked it. You should definitely keep writing.
