I forgot to tell MEPS/army about 2 past speeding tickets, what do I do?

I mentioned a past loitering ticket/summons, red light camera ticket and a Juvenille arrest that was later dropped in court but did not mention 2 ttraffic tickets. I am in DEP now. Should I go back to MEPS and tell them. I know my job 42A Human resources requires a certain security clearance and I am not sure if there going to find out about them.
