Can these salt water fish live together?

i have a 14 gallon bio cube and am wondering if i can keep a pair of false percula clowns 1 hi fin red banded goby 1 red banded pistol shrimp 1 red leg hermite 2 dwarf zebra hermits 1 turban snail and 3 or 4 scarlet skunk cleaner shrimp ps in what order should i put them in the tank and approximitly how many lb of live rock
