Blacks desperation to claim mixed people?

Why? Is it the education system in America that is failing them? I don't see how a person cannot grasp simple logic. If your child is half white and half black, they are biracial. Yet moronic toolbags like user 'that black chick' and others continue to show that ignorance is RAMPANT in their community. Why?
