I have a 2gb mini sd card that cant be detected by any computer or phone. any ideas to fix it?

I have tried 4 computers and 3 cellphones. 2 laptops, and 2 desktops. the phones were smart phones; HTC tilt, Samsung blackjack, and blackberry curve 8310. it stopped working after i used the sd card from black>curve>blackjack. it took me a couple tries to get it working by reinserting the card into the phone. eventually it wasn't detected. there's also no way to format it because its not detected!! and there's memorable things on the card that i don't want to delete through formatting.
