Am I crazy or did I see a ghost?!?!?!?

I woke up the other night and about half an hour after waking up I heard someone in my room talking in a husky voice. Bare in mind that it was 2 o'clock in the morning and strange men don't normally come into my room and have a full on conversation with someone. The voice was male and I could not make out anything he was saying. Sometimes he would hesitate and start talking again. Then, I sat up and saw the back of a man sprint out the door and that was it. The voice stopped and I had s*** myself. I was too scared to get up and look outside of the door and I sat paralyzed with fear until 7 when i had to get ready for school. I know for a FACT that I wasnt dreaming and I didnt even feel sleepy after I had woke up. I didnt tell my dad because he never believes me when I see things and tell him. He puts it downto imagination. But my 3 older brothers and 1 older sister all used to live in that same house and they all had their own supernatural stories and sightings. I did tell my gran and when I described the voice she said "like his throat had been slit ?" It was a pretty gory question but I said yes. She then went on to tell me that her brother had been slit in the throat before I was born and he had slept in that room the night before his death. I didnt know this but I knew she had a brother who died of un-natural causes. Did I see a ghost or am I crazy?!?!?!? :-S
