How scary was the Lodger (2009)?

I really want to see it, but I'm not good with Horror. How graphic is it? Is it Gory? I can take Thriller, I'm expecting that much. It's not really the guts and blood that I'm worried about, but things jumping out of bushes and people being chased around houses and then being horribly murdered give me the willies.
