I am traveling southern florida right now. What is better to see wild life 75 or 41?

75 is an Interstate where everybody goes fast and furious. Except for the Everglades region there is little to see. 41 is better. I have travelled 75 many times and only once did I spot an alligator, and I had to be very careful about stopping to see it up close - but he was a big one - 20 feet at least !
