What is a Phi Beta Kappa initiation ceremony like?

I was offered to join my schools Phi Beta Kappa society, and I'm just curious as to what the ceremony is like. Do you receive a certificate? Do you have to go on a stage to get anything? I'm just wondering because walking will effect my shoes/outfit lol. Any help/information on what your initiation was like is appreciated! =)
