What is the title of an old tv special/ panel discussion with Peter Jennings in it?

I saw a tv special/panel discussion in a college cl that posed a number of ethical situations and questions to military personnel, reporters (I think Peter Jennings was one of them), and government officials, and asked them how they would act in such situations. I'd love to know the title, but even my professor can't remember it. He refers to it as Taking the Hill, because part of the discussion delves into the lengths a military leader would go to in order to take the hill in battle. Anyone have any ideas? Its definitely an older production.
